Pursuant to Section 13.5 of the Rules and Regulations governing University Examinations, all prospective graduands for the 2024/2025 academic year are hereby informed to download the intent to graduate form from the link below. Kindly follow the instructions given on the webpage and submit the scanned documents to the email addresses listed by Friday, 5th December, 2025. Graduands with fee balances will not be cleared for graduation.
How to apply for graduation.

- Print and fill in the form.
- Scan the form along with your Admission Letter, KCSE Certificate/Result Slip and National ID and send to your respective schools and copy to the below email addresses.
