Maasai Mara University Recognized Among Kenya’s Top 12 for Student Innovation

Chief Guest at the event was Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service, Mr. Felix Koskei, lauded universities for fostering innovation ecosystems that align with the country’s development agenda. He emphasized the importance of student-led innovation in shaping Kenya’s future economy and technological competitiveness.

Accompanying him was Prof. Shaukat Abdulrazak, the Principal Secretary for Research, Technology, and Innovation.
 

Maasai Mara University continues to shine on the national stage, earning recognition among the 12 top-performing universities in Kenya for its exemplary Student Innovation Club. The commendation was made during the prestigious Centre of Excellence in Innovation and Learning (CEIL) Summit, held today in Mombasa.

The summit brought together thought leaders, policy makers, and academic institutions with a shared vision of advancing research, technology, and innovation within Kenya’s higher education sector.
