IMS STAGE II CERTIFICATION AUDIT
The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Peninah Aloo-Obudho joined the university management, auditors from KEBS, auditees and key stakeholders who actively participated throughout the audit process for the closing ceremony of the Stage II Certification Audit for the university integrated management system (IMS) and iso 9001:2015 surveillance audit.
The audit was successfully undertaken and the university recommended for the certification. Mmara-U being the first university to undergo EOMS audit and the third for ISMS certification. The exercise marked another significant milestone in the University’s commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.
The exercise provided an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of the University’s management systems, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for continual improvement in service delivery, governance, and institutional excellence.
