About the Seminar

Maasai Mara University, in collaboration with the International Universities Climate Alliance, invites researchers, policymakers, practitioners, students, and the public to a landmark online seminar exploring how robust, evidence-based research can shape climate policy and practice across Africa.

As the continent faces intensifying climate pressures — from shifting rainfall patterns to threats against food systems and biodiversity — this seminar brings together diverse voices to bridge the gap between scientific research and real-world policy action.
