BENCH-MARKING FOR KAIMOSI FRIENDS UNIVERSITY (KAFU) DELEGATION

Hosted Kaimosi Friends University team led by Deputy Vice-chancellor Academic Student Affairs and Research (ASA&R) Prof. Fred Amino, Dean of Students Dr. Dina Were, Clerk of Works Dr. Patrick and Student Leader Elumbe Xavier for a benchmarking visit.

Dean of students Mmara-U Mohamed A. Adan accompanied by Mr. Mr. Paul Sankale Development and Estates Manager and Mr. Joshua Makanga, Chief Security officer received, hosted and led the visitors for a tour of the University facilities and infrastructures.

The objective of the visit was to bench-mark the new student centre at Mmara-U. The visitors were privileged to visit the Botanical Garden, Hostels, Olekarei Complex, Mini Mara and other facilities.

The visit provided a perfect avenues to exchange ideas, share best practices, and strengthen institutional collaboration in student welfare, engagement, innovative approaches to enhancing student experience on campus, and support services.

The visit will go a long way to provide valuable insights that will inform the improvement of service delivery at the KAFU Student Centre, fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment.
