The ICT and staff from various departments effectively handled and responded to hundreds of students and issues. The turnout was impressive, a testimony to dire need of continuous and frequent open days.
Centre for ICT and E-Learning hosted an open day for student support. The day was meant to help students with the tech issues emanating from different departments and offices. The issues revolved on: E-learning and portals, Emails, Library access, Approval of Units, Missing curriculum, Results accessibility, Marks updates, Fees billing, invoices and identification cards. Other were Admissions issues such as student data in the ERP, deferments, suspensions and cohort issues.
