Empowering Women, Transforming Communities
Maasai Mara University through Research, Innovation, and Outreach Department, alongside the Health Services Department and Enkitati Seed of Hope CBO, has initiated a three-day women’s empowerment workshop in Lolgorian, Kilgoris, Narok County.
The program covers two primary focus areas:
Economic and Technology Skills: Briquette making, soap making, and biogas production.
Health and Social Well-being: Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), bodily autonomy, mental health, self-awareness, and the prevention of teenage pregnancy and early marriages.
Together, we are building stronger, healthier, and more self-reliant communities one woman at a time.
