  • My Ph.D. research is on the impacts of climate change on livestock production in Ilkaputiei, Kajiado Sub-county. The study seeks to understand how the changing climate is affecting the livelihoods of these pastoralists and the future of livestock production. The research is intended to give lasting solutions to these pastoralists on food security especially because pastoralism is there the main source of livelihood.
  • I  hold a Masters degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable development from UNEP-IESD Tongji University, Shanghai- China and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management -University of Nairobi. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate. Apart from teaching, I also serve as the departmental exam coordinator.
